Products and Product Care

We use a variety of materials in our jewellery depending on the collection and design. Each product description will mention the metals included in the product. Some of the materials used are 18-24kt Gold, Platinum and Silver.

None of our jewellery is Gold Plated; they are all made from solid metals.

Our products are made in the UAE, Italy, Germany, Turkey and India.

Shipping/
Returns

Tracking information will be updated in your account under orders.

Currently, we only offer standard shipping. Orders are expected to be delivered within 7 working days within the UAE.

Products returned within 15 days in the exact condition as delivered can be returned in exchange for online store credit which can be used for your next purchase.

Returns may take up to 7 days to be processed and to have store credit in your account.

All prices are inclusive of 5% VAT as per the UAE Federal Law if the shipping address is within UAE.

No VAT refund is applicable on online purchases.
